a Metal Roof Snow Bar

Powder-coated and air-dried paint finishes fade faster than the roof, producing an unsightly mismatch in just a few years. ColorGard’s finish match lasts the life of the roof – guaranteed because it is the same material as the roof!

Our metal roof snow guards can be easily installed any time of the year. Retrofit ColorGard to an existing roof or incorporate it in the new roof design.

DualGard®

Snow Bars for Metal Roof Profiles

DualGard is a two-pipe, 1” dia, (25 mm), aluminum, snow bar system that can be powder-coated or anodized to match your roof if desired. It can be used on almost any standing seam metal roof, in addition to corrugated roof profiles.

For standing seam metal roofs, DualGard utilizes two S-5! Mini clamps, providing a broad base of attachment for extra holding strength when compared with other two-pipe systems.

X-Gard™ 1.0

Clamp on Snow guards for Metal Roofs

X-Gard 1.0 is a clamp on snow guard for metal roofs designed for maximum load/span conditions, making it a great solution for both light and heavy-duty snow-load applications. (On light-duty applications, fewer anchorage points are required).

X-Gard 1.0 utilizes the ultra-strong NEX® crossmember making it the most heavy-duty, one-pipe system currently available in the marketplace.
